We’re almost halfway through November so I think I’m allowed to talk about Christmas now! Although when I think about how close it’s getting I get a little freaked out. Christmas is an extra busy time of year for me as my daughter’s birthday is two weeks before Christmas and my son’s birthday is 2 weeks after. So not only do I have all the usual craziness of Christmas but I have two parties to organise and even more presents to buy!
This is why I like to be super organised when it comes to Christmas gift shopping. I mentioned in my November goals post that I want to have all my gifts bought and wrapped by the end of the month. I was feeling a little demotivated though and I wanted something pretty but practical to help me get organised with my gift planning and buying.
So I designed this Christmas shopping list and it’s been a life saver for me. I sat down with it and did some brainstorming of ideas (got my kids to write their Christmas lists) and slowly filled it up with a list of gifts to buy. It’s also been immensly satisfying to tick things off then I’ve bought them and I’ll can’t wait to tick all the boxes when everything is wrapped.
Obviously I thought it was so brilliant that I had to give it away to you guys so you too can get all organised and plan the @*%$ out of Christmas 2016!
How’s your Christmas shopping going? Are you an organised Olive or a last minute Lucy?? I’d love to hear from you so leave me a comment.
