So this week I’ve designed a super pretty meal planner sheet. I’m guessing you’re here because you’re already a meal planning convert. I don’t need to tell you how great meal planning is then. How it saves you money, time, and can help you eat more healthily do I?!

Instead I want to share my super easy meal planning system.

1. I have a very long list of meals. I keep the list on my phone so I can easily add to it anytime I see a new recipe that I’d like to try.

2. Each Sunday I take 15 minutes – yes just 15 minutes! – to choose 5-7 meals from my list, depending what we have planned that week eg eating out or the odd takeaway. I then write them on my meal planner.

3. Write all the ingredients I need for that week’s meals on my shopping list.

TIP! If you have a laminator (or can access one) simply laminate your meal planner sheet then you can write on it with a marker pen (non-permenant) and wipe clean each week. Or pop it in a glass front frame and write on the glass!
