Here’s your November planner printable. Last month I wrote about how it was starting to feel Autumnal and getting colder. Well this month Autumn is definitely in full swing. Everywhere the trees are beautiful shades of orange, yellow, red and brown. It’s still pretty warm for the north of England at this time of year which is wonderful, but the heating has been on a bit to keep the chill away and the big winter coats are ready to be worn.
So on to another installment of my monthly goals. In case you’re new here, I set myself three goals each month with the intention of making small steps towards my bigger goals and my overall self-development. Take a look at my October goals for a little reminder.
Start writing a journal. Yes I’ve started writing a journal and I’m loving it. I’ve been a little hit and miss but as I said when I set my goal, I wasn’t going to put pressure on myself to write every day. I’ve averaged writing 3-4 times per week which I’m happy with and I feel like I’ve established a good habit which I’ll continue with.
Prioritise my self-care. Well I’ve not been great with this. However I’m feeling so much better than I did this time last month. It might be that the journalling has helped me to feel less stressed by getting all my thoughts out onto the paper. I’m going to keep going with this goal and this month I’m going to treat myself to another floatation therapy session.
Go on a date night. We’ve actually had two date nights! We celebrated our birthday’s at an amazing Brazilian restaurant and also managed to fit in another date night on Saturday at an Indian restaurant. There are loads of new places we want to try so future date nights are definitely going to be food related!
Bullet Journal. A couple of weeks ago I started a bullet journal. I needed a place to combine all my notebooks into one and a bullet journal seemed to fit the brief. I’m using a regular notebook as I didn’t want to splash out on a fancy Leuchtuurm1917 notebook if I didn’t get along with the system. But so far I’m loving it. I feel like I’ve got into the swing of it and I’m currently in the middle of setting up all my November pages. So my goal is to do a full month in my bullet journal and if I’m still loving it I’ll treat myself to the fancy shmancy notebook!
Meditate every day. One of my goals for September was to meditate every day. I did really well and only missed a couple of days but then for no apparent reason I just stopped. It’s coming up to my most stressful part of the year now (the madness of Christmas plus both my children’s birthdays) so I know I need to do anything I possibly can to keep my stress levels down. So I’m committing to meditate every day for the rest of the year.
Finish my Christmas Shopping. This time last year I had all my Christmas presents bought and wrapped. So far all I’ve bought are two small presents. It’s time to get organised so I’m starting today by writing a list in my Bujo then get online and get stuff ordered!
WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS FOR THE MONTH? I’D LOVE TO HEAR THEM SO LEAVE ME A COMMENT!
